OUR POLICY

Audio Repair Policy – Repair prices are specific to individual units. Call or e-mail us for an EA# before shipping in your unit. Upon receipt of your unit an Engineer will assess problem(s) and prepare an estimate. The fee for the Estimate is 1 hour of labor, which is billed at a rate of $75 per hour.

The Estimate payment of $75 is applied to the total cost of the the repair if approval is given.

Labor Rate – All labor is billed at a rate of $75/hour.

Turnaround Time – Audio Repairs are completed within 10 business days. We will give you an estimated completion date with your Repair Limit and will call you when the repair is complete. TV repairs are completed within 2 business days.

If we are out of stock on a part, have to order from overseas or hand make; your repair will be delayed, in which case we will contact you with a revised completion date.

Invoices – All invoices will indicate the repair performed, parts used and labor costs.

Payment – We accept cash, personal check or credit card.

OUR WARRANTY

Repair Warranty – We guarantee that the parts installed by us will perform in a satisfactory manner under conditions of normal usage for a period of 90 days from the day the unit is returned. If these parts become defective during this period, they will be replaced at no additional charge. The responsibility of using the unit belongs to the owner. We will not guarantee any unit beyond 90 days whether it was used or not.  Guarantee does not apply to different problems diagnosed or not pertaining to the original repair. Physical damage, abuse, improper use, power surge/lightning or unauthorized or improper previous repairs are not covered.

Restoration Warranty – We guarantee the complete unit for 6 months excluding motors, heads and lasers unless replaced by Elite Audio. Physical damage, abuse, improper use, power surge/lightning or unauthorized or improper previous repairs are not covered. Extended warranty.

Speaker Warranty – 1 full year parts and labor.
